My favorite raw protein & Spirulina!
The sprouted grains & lentil in the raw protein makes it more bioavailable for absorption; the body has to do less’ to break it down. Much better in terms of getting All the protein rather than just some.
Spirulina is also high in protein ( more than meat!) it is also high in the Amino Acid profile too’
